Semiconductor Wafer Manufacturing Simulator

     The overall objective of this honors project is to go above and beyond the class lecture and fundamental material to dive deeper into the engineering of mechatronic systems. For this project, I designed, prototyped and built an entirely automated machine simulating three essential steps in the semiconductor manufacturing process. Fully automated using a programmable logic controller, the system simulated chemical vapor deposition (CVD), photoresist application and finally photolithography.
